Water Activity Permit Assessment Days 2018

2018 has opportunities for members to gain adventurous activity permits in a range of water activities (maximum B2 water classification). These include opportunities for young people to gain personal & leadership activity permits.

Theory Sessions

We will be holding theory sessions on the below date, more will be added if there is a demand. These are essential for anyone attending the practical assessment days. These will be generic for water sports and the activity specifics will be completed on practical assessment days. Please advise Joan Veal (contact details below) by 17 March 2018 if wishing to attend a theory session. Please note that if you already hold a water activity permit in one discipline of activity there is no need to attend a theory session ahead of a practical assessment in a different discipline of activity. The same also applies to the renewal of permits. Prior to the practical assessment, it is encouraged to refresh your knowledge of the Scout rules and the elements of the assessment.
