Archery Activity Permit Training & Assessment Course
4-5 June 2016 – Ferny Crofts Scout Activity Centre

The Hampshire Scout Archery Club are piloting a training and assessment course for those wishing to obtain a leadership category Adventurous Activity Permit in Archery. The course is aimed at those who have no formal Archery GB/GNAS qualifications or previous training and will cover all the essentials for you to run safely a have-a-go-session for young people in Scouting.

The cost of the course is £40 per person which covers the training and assessment along with refreshments for the days. The course doesn’t include accommodation and if you require this you will need to booked with Ferny Crofts in addition to the course. Grants of up to 50% of the course cost are available to assist with funding for the course from both the County and UKHQ.

For those with an Archery GB/GNAS qualification, you can still arrange an Activity Permit assessment by contacting and sending a completed Adventurous Activity Permit Application Form along with a copy of your qualification.
