20th Annual International Workshop

URC Church, London Street, Basingstoke. RG21 7NU

Saturday 12 November 2016 from 10.00 to 15.00

This workshop is an annual networking event to raise awareness of the global programme zone and to generate and share ideas for activities relating to global concerns and for those wishing to go or have been abroad.  Suitable for all ages from older Scouts and Guides upwards.

Groups who have travelled far and wide will report on their adventures and you can glean useful information for planning your trip.

There will also be an update on Scouts against malaria campaign and the launch of the 2017 Fairtrade cooking competition to be held at the start of Fairtrade fortnight.

Participation in this event may help you towards validation of module 19. It is non uniform with a cost of £10 including refreshments, buffet lunch and handouts.  The URC church is in the centre of Basingstoke only a few minutes walk from the rail and bus stations.
