Adult Training Update and webinars

Due to the current situation, all the planned face to face Adult Training courses for 2020 will be reviewed on a monthly basis, and a decision will then be made on specific course cancellations.

The training team are now offering training modules via interactive webinars.

More webinars will be added to the list below over the coming weeks, for September and October. To keep up to date please refer to this post or the County training calendar.

  • Module 14 (Supporting Young People) Sat 1st August: 10.00 am – 1.00 pm (Fully Booked)
  • Module 05 (The Fundamentals of Scouting) Sun 2nd August: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
  • Module 11 (Administration) Thur 6th August: 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Module 36 (Adjustments to Scouts) Sat 8th August: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm
  • Module 15 (Promoting Positive Behaviour) Sat 15th August: 10.00 am – 01.00 pm (Fully Booked)
  • Module 16 (An Introduction to Residential Experiences) Thur 20th August: 07.00 pm – 09.30 pm
  • Module 17 (Running Safe Activities) Sat 22nd August: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm
  • Module 25 (Assessing Learning) Sun 13th September: 10.00 am to 01.30 pm. This M25 is specifically for Nights Away Assessors.

Applications must be received no later than 19.00 hrs on the Thursday prior to Sat/Sun webinars, and 19.00hrs on Tuesday for Thursday webinars.
