Beavers are usually aged between six and eight years old, though they can be as young as five and three quarters.

The philosophy underpinning the Beaver Scout programme is that every Beaver Scout should participate in a Balanced Programme over a period of time.

Providing Beaver Scouts with a programme that is both balanced and exciting.
