With the delays to Compass going live, the original timescale of early October for uploading youth data from OSM or Excel is being postponed.  Headquarters will be providing us with a new schedule once Compass is live.  Groups who were intending to use the Excel upload method can still be capturing the youth data in Excel in preparation for uploading.  Once we have further details on uploading timescale, these will be circulated.
