County Conference – Spring 2016

For DCs (or DDCs or representative), District Chairs (or Rep), County Team, and County Executive.

Saturday 27th February 2016 at Baden Powell Lodge, Pavilion Road, Hedge End , SO30 2EZ.

9:00 Arrival and refreshments

9:30 – 13:00 The Conference will be based around the theme of ‘lightening the load’ for DC’s, and the keynote talk by Tim Kidd will be ‘Setting the Right Culture in Your District’ & we will do some work on your ideas for this. A Compass update will of course be presented, and other input will include updates on County & National events & activities, including lots of input from yourselves.

13:00 Optional lunch following the conference.
